Our refrigeration systems are of course GDP-certified. GDP (Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for human use) is a European guideline that came into force in 2013 to ensure the quality of medicine transport.
Certification: TÜV SÜD and the European Institute for Pharma Logistics have tested the Mitsubishi TFV150 and awarded it a certification in accordance with the European "Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for human use" (GDP).
Optimised heat pump system: Up to 17,157 watts heating capacity according to ATP, perfect for the temperature range +15 to +25 °C; heating can cover up to 70% of operating hours; 50% less diesel consumption compared to industry-standard hot gas systems.
Shortest defrost in the class: Complete defrosting within 3 minutes in the freezing area -> minimal effect on the temperature curve.
Constant maximum air flow: Provides precise temperature control and constant temperature in the trailer.
Air duct system not absolutely necessary: cost saving and easier cleaning of the trailer.
With air flow system: even more precise temperature control at higher ambient temperatures than specified in the standard.
High performance: The set point is quickly reached again after door openings due to the high air and heating performance.
Ready for use in the shortest possible time: the temperature ranges required are reached in the shortest possible time thanks to intelligent control of the cooling/heating capacity, air capacity and defrost setting.
Highly efficient and powerful cooling operation: Fully hermetic 3D scroll compressor; 20-30% lower energy consumption; flexible power consumption, the cooling power that is needed at the moment is provided (power on demand).
More environmentally friendly: The TFV150 meets all the requirements for the "Renewal of the commercial vehicle fleet 3.0" funding programme; refrigerant R410A.
